If you don’t stay active, all those little things you take for granted that you can do now may start to become that little bit harder.

We’ve put together a range of low impact activities for over 50s so you’ll be keeping active with likeminded people.

As well as keeping you active our sessions have a social aspect making them that little bit more fun!
