Gym
At EIS Sheffield you’ll have access to our two gyms; our three storey gym offering cardio, resistance and functional training equipment and dedicated free weights gym. Our kit includes 28 pieces of self powered cardio kit, including bikes and rowers plus 23 treadmills and 13 cross trainers with touch screens and internet access. Resistance machines are available and a dedicated free weights gym with 12 bench lifting stations, 3 smith machines, 7 PURE strength machines, dumbells and two power lifting stations. Our functional training zone with Octagon offers kettlebells, ViPR, bulgarian bags, core bags, battle ropes and plyo soft boxes.
About Our Gyms
Indoor Athletics Track
Take your training out of the gym and head to our track. We offer the only indoor athletics track in Sheffield and use of our track is included in our Fitness Unlimited and Athletics Unlimited Memberships.
Fitness Classes
We offer over 25 fitness classes each week in our fitness studio and spin studio with a variety to choose from including spin, Les Mills GRIT and BODYPUMP and Box. In our spin studio you can also take advantage of our Myride virtual spin classes meaning you can take a class at any time to suit you.

Court Hire
We’ve a huge range of activities to enjoy in our spacious 10 court sports hall. Enjoy sports such as badminton, five-a-side football, table tennis, basketball and more. Courts and pitches are available for casual use or for regular weekly or monthly use block bookings are available.

With our Sheffield lifeCARD you can make savings at EIS Sheffield and all SIV venues and take advantage of some great offers throughout the year. Sheffield lifeCARDs are just £3.
All of our facilities and activities are available on a ‘pay & play’ basis; you just need to simply dive in to everything we have to offer. A supplement of £3 for adults and £1.50 for children will be charged to non lifeCARD holders.
